2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation from Güvercin Balloons and receipt of the required deposit. Until confirmation is received, availability is not guaranteed.

3. Flight Operation

All flights are subject to weather conditions and the pilot's sole discretion regarding safety. Güvercin Balloons reserves the right to cancel or abort a flight at any time if safety is at risk, without liability.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must be present at the pick-up point at the agreed time. Late arrivals may result in missed flights without refund.
• Guests must comply with all safety briefing instructions.
• Güvercin Balloons reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or whose behaviour poses a risk to others.
• Guests participate in all balloon activities at their own risk.

5. Health and Physical Requirements

Guests with serious medical conditions, heart conditions, or who are pregnant should consult a doctor before booking. Minimum age is 6 years old.

6. Limitation of Liability

Güvercin Balloons' liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including travel costs, accommodation or missed connections.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, design) is the property of Güvercin Balloons and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nevşehir courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
