1. Guest Cancellations

72+ hours before flight (Private/Experience packages)	100% refund
48+ hours before flight (Standard/Comfort)	100% refund
24–48 hours before flight	50% refund
Less than 24 hours or no-show	No refund

2. Weather Cancellations

If Güvercin Balloons cancels your flight due to adverse weather conditions or any other safety-related reason, you will receive:

A full rebooking on any available date during your stay, or
A 100% refund of all amounts paid

The choice between rebooking and refund is entirely yours.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking at no extra charge, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice (72 hours for private packages) and the new date is available.

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Contact us by email (fly@guvercinballoon.com) or WhatsApp (+90 532 579 32 82). Please include your booking name and date.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
