All flights depart at sunrise — typically between 05:30 and 06:30 depending on the season. The exact pick-up time is confirmed the evening before your flight.
Safety is our top priority. If conditions are not suitable for flying, your flight will be rescheduled to the next available date or fully refunded.
Passengers must be at least 6 years old. There is no strict weight limit, however we ask that you inform us when booking if any guest weighs over 120 kg.
We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance, especially during peak season (April–October). Last-minute bookings are sometimes available — contact us via WhatsApp.
Comfortable, layered clothing is recommended as it can be cool at altitude. Flat, closed-toe shoes are required. Scarves and hats are welcome.
